Our Kings Vision Offering this year is going to ask us to walk by faith and not by sight – to look at our future and consider our legacy, both as individuals and as a church family.

Our legacy is probably not something we think about much, but it’s something we create daily by our decisions and actions. It’s the influence we leave long after we’re gone, the echo that remains down the years of history. When we look at the legacy of great people such as Winston Churchill, Billy Graham, Mother Theresa or Nelson Mandela, their influence continues to ripple across the world today, inspiring others to have courage or step out in compassion.

We too, all have the power to create a legacy that will outlive us and outlast us – in our families, workplaces and communities. We want Kings Church, across all our campuses, to embrace and understand that it’s not just about what we do today, but about what we put in motion for tomorrow. Our legacy is about what we create after we’re gone.

This year, our Legacy Offering will challenge us to rise again to give generously and sacrificially to build a platform for those who will come after us. We are investing into a future that will reach people who are far from God now, but whom He has destined to be part of the Kings family. We want to hand over a church to the next generation that is so vibrant, so faith-filled and so impacting, that they will be reach so many more people for Christ.

We are confident that Kings people will give beyond expectations yet again and create a legacy that will continue to be felt in many more years to come. We don’t just want to carry the baton – we want to pass it on - because that is when we truly win!

We want you to be absolutely confident in the integrity and

diligence of the Finance Team at Kings. All our accounts and financial information are stored confidentially and comply fully with the standards set by the Charities Commission. If you would like to speak to one of the Pastors or Finance Directors, please email us at finance@kingschurchlife.com or call our Church Office during the week.

Gift Aid is a great way to maximise your giving. It’s the

government scheme that enables charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers, effectively increasing your donation by 25%. Please give smartly by registering your donation under Gift Aid using a Kings giving envelope.

Please carefully consider your giving in prayer and faith, and talk with your partner or family if relevant. Ask God for His leading and direction and allow Him to inspire and challenge you to be part of the miracle.

You can give a one-off financial gift into the offering on Vision Sunday to immediately invest into the future of Kings Church.

A great way to give is to make a one-year commitment, including an initial financial gift in November 2018 and then continuing to give monthly for the following 11 months. Giving regularly by standing order will make an amazing difference to our total.

We realise that some people don’t have a regular income but still want to build with us. You can therefore pledge a gift to be redeemed at a specific time over the next 12 months.

WHAT NEXT? Pick up a Vision Offering Brochure at any of our campuses. On this, you can note your commitment or pledge to give, and submit it on Vision Sunday, 4th November 2018. Please use the slip found in the Kings giving envelopes for your one of gifts. WHAT ABOUT MY OTHER GIVING? This offering should be seen as giving ‘over and above’ your normal tithe commitment to the local church. WHAT IF MY CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE? Please talk to one of our Pastors if you are struggling to achieve your goals! We are here to listen, encourage and help make any adjustments to your giving.
